285's What Pressure?

2004 GMC 2500HD, I just went up to 285/75/16 tire. What pressures should I run for daily driving? What are others doing for good tire wear?

My old man runs 45 psi with 285's on his 2500HD. He bumps it up to 55 psi when he's pulling his camper. He rotates them every-other oil change. That seems to be working great for him. His tires still look pretty new with a little over 20,000 miles on them.
