Cargo Management System Toolbox

Hey guys, I got the CMS installed on my truck roughly 6 weeks ago or so, and the only accessory I've purchased so far was the full-size toolbox. I am very impressed by the CMS in general, it fits perfectly, even though I have a Line-X liner sprayed in. The toolbox though, has been a disappointment. At first I was impressed with the quality of it, but roughly a week after I had it installed my problem started. Driving down the local perimeter highway on my way to work, which is roughly a 10 min drive, I hit a few small bumps and my toolbox lid unlocked itself, and the lid lifted itself open. This happens to me randomly whether I'm going 40km/h or 100km/h, it even happened when I was making a slow left turn! It was happening multiple times a week until I took it back to the dealer. I left my truck with them for a day, and they called me and said my truck was ready, so I picked it up after a 12 hour shift at work. To my disappointment, they couldn't find an issue. They "tried" to adjust the latch, and aside from that they couldn't replicate my problem when they took my truck for a drive. I was pretty upset that they didn't seem to do anything, but settled down when my toolbox didn't pop open for a few days. Today, however, it randomly opened itself again on the way to work. Have any of you ran into this problem, or have a suggestion for me? I'm trying to avoid it, but I'm mentally preparing myself for a drawn-out argument with my dealer to replace it.
