[Turbine tester]

Anyone running the EDGE EVOLUTION programmer?

 

I'm debating over the Diablo or the Edge. (07 nbs 4.8L)

What do you guys think, which is better or are they fairly comparable...

 

My buddy just ordered one for his 06 F150 5.4L Crew and he said he did alot of reserch and thought it would be the best for him ( Gauge displays, trans temp.etc.)

I had the Edge on mine and it was okay but I sold it for a custom tune. I wouldn't recomend it, unless you got one dirt cheap. The gauges are alright but I still dont miss them the DIC tells me everything I want to know.

 

I would prolly choose the Diablo if I was dead set on a handheld, but I still dont think Diablo has trans tuning and prolly never will. So install the corvette servo to firm up the shifts. But Diablo has a lot of engine tuning you can do, way more than the 3 Edge canned tunes.

 

The other option is to get a custom tune and now they have the autocal which is just like having a handheld but you have custom tunes for you truck and needs loaded on the autocal.

just spend the extra $100 and go with an autocal
