Were is a good place(website) to get Avatars?

Im not sure where you can get avatars, but you can take any picture resize it to like 100x75 and use that as an avatar.  Just a thought.

Ive got a bunch of animated and still ones I can email to someone if they want em... Ive got a few other Piston animations too.. But nobody steal mine!!!!
