Wife's 2004 Yukon with 55,000 miles has 2 bad actuators for the Dual Climate Control A/C.

 

Dealer wants $350 for driver's side and about $850 for the passenger side cuz the passenger side requires about 5 hours of labor. The parts are $250 each.

 

Are these easy to replace? Where are they?

I don't know where there are, but if it takes a dealer who knows what they are doing 5 hours to swap one, it isn't easy to replace. :rolleyes:

 

My guess is you need to pull the dash all apart to get it out and back in. "easy" is a relative term. If you don't mind tearing your unit apart, then the swapping would be easy, it's just there is a lot of labor to get them out and back together.
