Belt Tensioner Pulley Hop-any Suggestions?

Hey All,

 

The automatic belt tensioner pulley was hopping, so I replaced it. After I replaced it, it was moving the same exact amount. Does your belt tensioner pulley move? Is this abnormal?

Probably nothing to worry about as long as it isn't too excessive. However, you may have had better luck stopping the hopping if you would have replaced the belt. Just an educated guess....

Its perfectly normal

Alright Ill try replacing the belt and see what happens. I wasn't too worried about it until i looked at my buddies 4.3 and it wasn't moving at all. Thanks guys.
