Help Me Out Guys, Want To Install Power Folding Mirrors

Here's the situation.

My truck is basically a glorified WT. It came with chrome bumpers/wheels, tow package, a/c, 4 speaker cd, tilt steering wheel, and V8. NO POWER ANYTHING. I put on the factory fog light kit earlier this year and they were pretty much plug and play.

I'd like to install the factory power folding mirrors, and while I'm at it, the chrome door handles too. Reason for this is that I have to get out of the truck and fold the mirrors in to get the truck through the garage door. I could lift the center armrest, lay across the seat, crank the pass side window down to fold the pass side mirror but after all that it seems easier to me just to get out and walk around the truck to do it.

I pretty much get the ins and outs of changing the door handles but I'm wondering is it even possible to install the power folding mirrors on my truck. That is, if I get the parts, is the wiring already there with plugs inside my doors? Basically will it be like doing the foglight kit. Install, plug and play?

And if it is plug and play, what parts do I need besides the new mirrors? Do I need to buy complete new door panels in order to have the switches?

And I figured out how to remove the giant pic too. It's gonna be a good day, I can just feel it.

You have to have the correct door panel switch in order for this to work. This also means that you have to have the wiring in you doors from the dash to said switch. Your truck is an 08 with the true truck dash and will not have the correct switch or the wiring present. You can swap the power fold mirrors in, but they will not have the power fold feature because of this. There will be a connector that has no place to plug in from the mirrors. PM me if you want more specific details.

Your truck don't have door modules therefore, without them, the mirrors will never fold and may never work. W/T's are devoid of a lot of the extra connections and harnesses that Non-W/T's have in order to add things like this.
