Land In Upstate Michigan

Hi all,

 

I have a beautiful plot of land that I bought this past year on the mountain at Schuss. It is roughly an acre, with the back looking out at the ski hill in the winter, and the golf course in the summer. I had purchased the land with the intent to build, but have found a house that we like already built.

 

I'm not looking to make any money on the deal....I got it for a steal (it was donated to a church, and the church sold it to a gentleman that got it for a RIDICULOUS deal, and he sold it to me for the same price), and I want to sell it for exactly what I paid. I have already paid the winter property tax. Lots on the mountain like this sell for over 30K...I am selling MUCH less than that.

 

Snowmobile trails are right nearby...Ed Klim, president of the International Snowmobile Manufacturers Association, has a house right down the road from the property and leads group rides all winter. If you like to ski or golf, you are literally a walk away.
