Offset ?

In a 20x9 rim, what is the amount of difference from a +18 offset to a +35 offset? Thanks

35-18=17

The 18mm offset will stick out 17mm further. (That's 0.67")

When comparing offsets like this, wheel width must be the same.

i understand that much, I was looking to find the backspacing and how it would compare to the stock 18's. I should have been a little more specific. Thanks

I found a site that had all of the info.

I believe the stock 18x8s have +30mm offset which is 5.7" backspace.

The 20x9 with +18mm offset have 5.7" backspace. So they'll stick out 1" further than stock.

The 20x9 with +35mm offset have a 6.37" backspace. So they'll stick out .33" further than stock.

as always, thanks matt for the knowledge. That is what is was trying to figure out. I came across a killer deal locally for some KMC monsters but they are +35mm and I want at least the +18mm. Thanks
