My Heat Is Not Working

Can anyone help me? I have an 03 Chevy Avalanche and the heat is not work'n I found out that one of the heater cords is getting hot and the other one is not so it's only blowing out cold air. Does anyone one know why this is so? and what do I do to fix this Problem?

Make sure the coolant level is not low.

 

Between cracked heads and water pump gskt. leaks, check the level.
