Broken Blend Door

On my 94 k1500 the center two vents if u stick ur hand down in there the door thats in there is broke on one side. My question is could this cause my heat to act up. I have good heat but regardless what setting i put it on ( defrost, vents, floor all the air comes out the vents?? If i look below i can see the actuator working properly but all my air comes through the vents..........Thanks for any help and are these hard to change or is there anyway force it open or shut to either direction im mainly concerned about having my defroster work

  Of course that would be false. You could have had one welded into your stock pan if you could find someone who did TIG welding.

  I was recently given a cheap winch for my trailer and I’m going to build a front receiver hitch so that I can use it on my truck also. It is a 13,500lb Sinoking winch with synthetic rope and wireless remote. It is mounted on a Badland hitch mount. The lower plastic was removed from my truck several years ago when I built a custom tube framed skid plate for it. The hitch will be tucked up close to the bumper and hopefully I can add a 2” square tube to the back of the skid plate to fit it into the hitch to hide the hitch when it’s not being used. More pictures to come.

  Hi All, I am curious whether using the dashboard display for transmission fluid temperature is considered acceptable when setting the transmission fluid level after a pan drop, filter replacement, and fill. I have a 2021 gas/6L90. Thanks

  Every place on the hi-way is up , lowest is the truck stop, $3.93/ 87, the others haven't broken the $4 barrier yet but getting damned close. Lowest diesel $5.73. I haven't checked local yet but I bet they are over the $4 mark. I've been shopping for a type C motorhome and trying not to buy a Ford, found a couple diesels but the price of fuel is scary
