Cleaning Leather Seats

What is a good way to get stuff out of the cracks and seams in leather seats? Mainly just where you sit. Stuff like crumbs, dirt and all that. I cannot seem to get it out with a vacuum or by wiping it out with cleaner. It's stuck in there good.

 

Are there any tricks or secrets to this? I was thinking something like a toothpick to scrape it out and then vacuum.

Have you tried a old tooth brush with a little bit of water w\ a little soap then wipe it off with a wet cloth and finish it off with a leather conditioner

take a paint brush and cut about half the bristles off. This should help loosen the debris without causing any harm as the bristles are still pretty soft.
