One of my friends sent me this last week.

 

God I hate the person who made that thing.

 

I got it to stop by clicking the top-left Icon (AOL users know what I'm talking about), and close, but it didn't end there, little ones kept popping upafter I got rid of the first one.

I ended up doing Ctrl+Shift+Esc to bring up the task manager and selected all IE windows and killed them, hahahahahaha
