Extended Cab Half Door Access Panel

Hi everyone,

 

Used the search but couldn't find anything relating to my question. I have a 2011 extended cab truck. On both rear half doors, there is an access panel just below the handle. I would like to know how to remove it on both doors. When I have the radio on, I get some annoying rattles comming from this panel. I prefer not to take it to the dealer because to be honest, I just can't be bothered. I was thinking of applying a small thin bead of rtv on the outside of the back of the small access panel, letting it dry, then re'installing it to see if that remedys the rattle with the extra pressure of the rtv. Just joking, I clean mine and then usually use a rubber protectant.

Noies stops when the radio is off. When the radio is on, and I push on the access cover, the vibration noies stops.
