Bed Lining Rockers For Two Tone Look

ok guys, here are the pictures. tell me what you think. be honest. i kinda dont like the way it looks now, so im bouncing around some ideas. let me know which one you like.

 

A. Leave the truck the way it is, throw on my body/level lift with some bigger tires.

B. Black wheels/Lifts/Tires and some bushwacker fender wheels,

C. Black out the front and rear bumpers. then black wheels/lifts/tires/fender flares

 

Help me out, let me know what you think.

 

Im also thinking of debadging and taking the z71 stickers and pin stripe off. now for the pictures.

I like it, I also like black rims. It's your truck so do what you like. I would have black rims, bigger tires body lift and leveling kit.

Take the pin stripe off first

Debadge the doors and put the molding back on right above the black liner to break it up (I think it would look a lot better with molding)

Take off the bed caps

i agree with it being too busy. cant put the door molding back on. dont have them anymore. pin stripe can come off along with the badges. i dont have a problem doing that. bed caps cant come off. i haul/use my bed too much that the bed rails would be chipped in no time. and i agree with wheels and tires. a nice 20'' black rockstar would fit nicely i think.

I would do the wheel wells and the bumpers too. Debadge the truck and loose the pinstripe. There is just too much going on now. I think some XD Hoss or Monsters would look better than Rockstars personally. Another thing to consider is doing the wheel well arches. One of my coworkers did a two inch strip around the arches. Its not my thing but it might look better on your truck and pull it together.

I would try to find some molding because I think it would help a lot. Also some white door handles and mirror caps will help class your truck back up. I don't like your bed caps because they curve down in the back towards the brake lights (I know its to match the tailgate cap)

I like it but I prefer chrome/polished rims on black or white trucks. I just think with the black rims it all blends in too much and on white it is "classy" looking. But that is my opinion. I also like to see more sidewall on a tire than see big rims and skinny tires. The bed liner 2 tone makes the truck look like its ready for work/mud which makes me want a smaller rim and big knobby tire.

 

EDIT: I would definitely debadge (except the Z71) and remove the pin stripe.

Ordered some white door handles and some window tint today. Also a black z71 sticker for the back if i decide to leave it on. hopefully i can get the door handles and tint done next weekend, along with my body lift and leveling kit. pictures to follow when im done.

 

also, nadielite, i got some door molding. ill take a picture tomorrow with the old door molding mocked up in place to see how it looks

What brand of spray in bed liner did you use? Would you think it would be very difficult to do an entire bed using it?
