Code Troubles

I found out at emissions inspection that these codes were in need of repair. I changed the o2 sensor after the cat, new gas cap, and new valve solenoid and hose. I mounted the solenoid back in the same spot as the original. Took the batt. cable off for 20 min and same codes still show. Also I took the wires from the 02 sensors off of the frame rail and mounted them with plastic ties the the wheel well panel. ANY HELP at all would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! Thank you so much for your help, any thing I have not mentioned please feel free to ask.

If all the codes came right back you didn't get them cleared.
