Give you a tip when changing them.

You can remove your headlight assemby by pulling the two L-shaped pins (they look like tent pegs) to get access to the lower postioned running lights..

Orr....you can just remove the bottom lenses...but pushing in on the outside part and pulling out...they are held in by 1 retainer clip...its hands down..probably...the easiet thing ive ever done...a 2 year old could do it...

After getting clear corners, I put the turn signal bulbs into the DRL slots and changed the blinker to white.  My neighbor put LEDs in the DRLs and they look pretty good.

I went with the amber daytime running lamps. I think it gives the truck a more aggressive look. Click on my homepage link below to take a look at it. I believe you can see them in one of my photos. They are really easy to change. the headlights come out super easy.

I've got ambers in mine too.  I think they look more aggressive and not to many other people run them ...so it looks custom.  Be careful with putting LED's in there.  I tried putting some superwhite ones in there, and because LED's shine directly forward (unlike bulbs where they shine back and reflect off the lenses) all you could see was the small dot of the LED, not the typical DRL rectangle.  I haven't ran the stock white for over a year now.  I went from superwhite, to blue, to amber.

I wish I could trun mine off for good or the bulbs would hurry up and blow. In my opinion it looks  geeky  driving around on a sunny day with lights on. If you can not see my 19 foot long 7 or 8 foot tall truck with a 8  foot whip dead center of my cab well..you probably need an eye check.
