With tire prices going up I'm trying to decide on some tires. I'm going with LT265/75/16 I need help deciding. The only 285/75/16 I'm considering is the Firestone Destination A/T since I can get the friends and family discount. The other two are in 265 and they are the Kumho Road Venture AT KL78 or the Hankook Dynapro ATM.

Those are retreads though. Ive always heard horror stories about retreads. Are they any better than they used to be?

Four Wheeler magazine did a mud tire comparo last month and chose the Hankook MT as the best all around. The iconic BFG mud terrain finished in like 8th place.
