Lost My Voice Commands After Nav Install Pleae Help

[/url]I recently installed a Nav unit on my 2011 Tahoe LT. When I purchased the Nav unit it came with a 4.0 Nav Disc and was programed with Tech 2 to fit my vin with all my options. After the install everything was working great for a while. I then upgraded my Nav Disc to the 6.0 the Nav unit did some update and I lost most of my Voice Commends. and my rear camera when I go from reverse to drive takes a while till it chages back to map. I now only have Help and system help commends. Any help will be appreciated.

the reverse camera thing is normal on 6.0c, it added a 10 second delay from reverse to drive.

 

now on the voice commands, are your referring to the nav talking to you like telling you routing, or the voice commands you give to it for dialing a phone and such?
