Slight Surging During At Idle

My truck occasionally surges slightly at idle during stop lights. I usually sit with just enough pressure on the brake to keep the truck still and I will feel it push forward for a split second and then it just keeps idling as normal. I have not felt it do this at any speed other than idle while in gear.

 

Any one know if this is normal for the 6.0L?

I don't recall having my 07 Vmax surging

 

Have you check the MAF to see if it needs cleaned and if there's any "coking" on the throttle body? Also check for any vacuum leaks.

My wifes Denali has the 6.0 and doesn't surge.
