Need Info On The Nav System For A 2004 Yukon Denali

My wife just bought a 2004 GMC Yukon Denali with the factory Navigation. The disc was included, but scratched a little. I know I need an updated disc and the DVD player is having issues reading this one at times. I went to gmnavdisc and they have some listed for a 04 Yukon, but nothing under Denali. Is this the same disc I would need? They are $199 each? Any other place sell these? Also the buttons are worn on the unit. Any place sell just the buttons for replacement?

BTW: We had an 06 Yukon Denali in the past and the dealer had ordered the updated disc for free then, because it did not have one included. I like the touchscreen much better! Can a 06 unit be put in an 04 Denali without issues? Plug and play?
