Having a hell of a time finding corsa exhaust for my 2005 sierra denali crew cab. everything i find is for either a 5.3 crew cab or the heavy half with the 6.0. My question is, will the half ton extended cab w/ 6.0 fit or will the 5.3 crew have any issues being that its meant for the 5.3 instead of the 6.0?

As long as the wheel base is the same, it will fit. I got a corsa exhaust off a guy that had the 5.3 extended cab and it fit my Vmax crewcab

Corsa lists exhaust kits 14240 (sport) and 14241 (touring) for your 05 SD. In a quick search on the internet, it appears that lmperformance.com has the lowest price on both kits with free shipping.
