I just bought a 2011 Sierra and it came with XM radio. I was just wondering if there is a way that i can get Sirius channels on the factory XM stereo.

Sirius and XM MUSIC channels are the same now. You can buy the best of Sirius package if you want Howard Stern and some other talk radio and sports on your radio.
