Gmc Hard Cover With Gmc Cargo Management System

hey guys. i've searched and can't find any results with this combo. i bought a new Sierra Denali (5'8" box) and have a GMC hard Tri-Fold Tonneau cover on it with a GM under rail bedliner. i'm very interested in the GM Cargo Management System simply for the sliding bed divider and tie downs.

 

now, the tonneau attached via 4 levers near the corners of the box that clamp the bottom lip, at the top of the bed rails. it appears the the CMS side rails may block that lip.

 

so has anyone seen or maybe have this combo to know if it's compatible?
