What Size Of Tire To Get?

I bought a set of 18in stock off set wheels and I am going to get oversized tires but i dont know what size to get? It only has a 2in leveling kit I want about the biggest tire i can get without rubbing. I was think around a 285-70-18 but they are so hard to find.

Do a search this has been brought up a 100 times in the last month.

 

They don't make a 285/70/18

 

These fit with little to no rub.

275/70/18

285/65/18

305/60/18
