2001 Silverado 5.3 Egr Valve Throwing Code

Basically the truck is throwing this code. I went through a tutorial here to test it:

Each test checked out except test one as i am showing no voltage.

 

Took off the valve and it seemed to move fine with a screw driver but i didnt want to use any cleaner on it till I got a second or thir opinion.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

Did you try a voltage meter to see if the connector is getting juice.A little bit of cleaning wont hurt just try to cover up the plug for the connector
