Voice Recognition

I have put the factory nav in my 2011 and the kit came with the harness and plug for the backup camera as well as another plug with 2 wires for the voice recognition. The instructions include pictures but are hard to see, they do show that I need to take the side panels off the console on the drivers side. The 2 wires have pins soldered on and a descrition of which plug on the back of the radio to put them in but the other end that has the plug on it goes down under the console, that is the one I'm trying to figure out where to plug this in. Any ideas?

Not the same truck but on my Nav install those wires I think go to the OnStar module for the voice to work

It plugs into the far left plug of the VCIM.

On LTZ style Dashes The VCIM is located under the Cig lighter/TC button pod. Remove the radio, HVAC controls and the button pod, and there are 2 screws.

The plug will not have anything plugged into it, it goes there.

Sorry, I don't know where the VCIM is on the LT style dash, but I doubt its far away from the radio.
