Speakers and grilles only in original boxes.(no screws or wire) I also will include the scoscse install brackets. I bought these speaker new and they are about 1yr old and perfect condition. JL Audio.com for specs C2-650x. $80.00 pair + shipping, (paypal) Texas 77094.

Dibs on one pair..

These include a pair of the woofers, tweeters, and crossovers? Any instructions ?

I would be hooking them up to my bose stereo in my truck.. Do you think they would sound good with that amp?

Also, I know you said they are in perfect condition but just curious how hard you played these... I just dont want to get them and find them worn/ blown.. THanx- jerry

These are C2 6.5 inch coaxials full range. They are oversized more like 6 3/4 and function perfectly. They are almost mint never had to drive them very hard as I like SQ over Spl. They will however sound the best with some power behind them. I'll post pic's here in a little bit.

Ah ok, my bad.. i thought these were the crossovers when i read the title..

I could have used these for my firebird tho.. but just bought alpines for it from crutchfield...

sry i did some reading and i would need them to match up RMS wise with the components im putting in the front.

It's said that JL under rates their stuff. When it comes to speakers I have always taken the RMS rating doubled it and used an amp that would provide it. Never blown a speaker because of it. But I dont go for SPL but for SQ.

I used to do the SPL thing, but ive grown out of it i guess. I just want it to sound good and loud enough. I actually have a 3rd place trophy from my first and only SPL competition from way back when i was 17 lol.

Three questions....

1. So these were mounted and used? The comment about you buying them brand new a year ago leads me to believe that you installed and used them for a year but I don't want to assume.

2. Why are you selling them?

3. What's the sound quality of these speakers like with a factory h.u.? I've only ever used JL subs, never had any experiance with their components.

1. I did use them and never abused them.

2. I upgraded to the C5 series when I added a second amp and bridged the channels to 175-200wpc.

3. I don't know how they would sound on a factory HU I suspect they would sound pretty good but I never ran them like that. I had them on a JL 900/5 amp and they sound great.
