Heated Seat Issues

I have an 03 Escalade and am having trouble with the driver's side heated seat. If I have the passenger side seat on, that seat works fine. When I put on the driver's side heat is when I have the problem. If I have the back of the seat on it will only stay on for 15 seconds. This happens if I have only the back on or if I have both the back and the seat on. This will also turn off the passenger side seat. The resistence of the seat is 2.8 ohms and the resistence of the back of the seat is 5 ohms. According to technical info I have received, this is within the limits. I have replaced the seat element (pad) as I feel it gets the most wear. I have talked to several installers and that is what they reocmmended with no success. I have been told that the module has to be replaced next, which is a GM #15837361. I believe the module also takes care of the memory seat, which is working fine. I have also been told that there is another module which is #88938614, which is common with both seats. I thought there was only 1 module, not 2. I am looking for help! Thank You!
