Corsa Sport Dual Rear Exit

I installed my Corsa Sport exhaust on my 6.2 Denali a little over a week ago probably about 10 days and I was wondering is it going to get louder as I break in the pipes? I love the sound I get but I feel like it's extremely quiet for aftermarket exhaust. Would removing the cat have a big effect on how loud it would be?

yeah but not worth it at all stock cats flow good.I have a 2011 Denali with a corsa side exit it got a little louder as time went buy it seams like it has to break in.I do love mine. the sound is just right.

The whole point of the Corsa is that it's mild at speed but when you romp on it the sound is all there. What are you looking for?

Sport or Touring?

And as mentioned, the sound goes out the rear and not in the cab like most others do. It may be alot louder out the back then you think. If your not happy, maybe I'll take it off your hands.

Title says Sport.

I just have the single and on cold starts the bark that comes out of that pipe is surprisingly loud, enough for me to worry about my neighbors on early departures for travel days. In related news, the airport parking garage is very empty at 4:00 AM and is terrific fun. :D

Dump it before the rear axle if you want louder....or even closer to the cab.

Shorter pipe = louder sound

Thanks guys! I love the sound of it for sure and I have noticed that is getting louder. Also, I had my friend rev up my truck for me as I stood behind it and it is surprising on how different it sounds behind it rather than in the drivers seat. I am planning on new headers so that should amp the sound up a little but I am pleased none the less.

Shorty headers don't offer much gain, especially for their cost. The stock manifolds flow decent. I suggest you find a tunnel or bridge underpass, they're fun.

i've noticed my corsa exhaust got louder over time. still very quiet inside the cab, but when i hear it as someone else drives off in it, it sounds great!
