Rim Suggestion Please!

Hey guys I am planning on getting 35x12.50R20 Nitto Trail Grapplers and I was wondering what kind of rims you think I should go with. I have a white truck that you can see in my signature also I am not completely set on 20" rims if you think smaller would look better then suggest it please!

I personally prefer 20's so IMO I would stay headed in that direction. Tell us more about your plans..ie chrome or black wheels, etc. There are a lot of options out there.

Well that is my biggest question, I'm gonna go with a chrome bull bar so I'm thinking maybe chrome wheels or maybe chrome with kind of a black outline I'm just not sure what I should do with the white truck

You plan on a lift soon too? I prefer the 18in rims no bigger so I can get bigger mud tires instead of low profile mud treads, they are horrid IMO, but its your truck

White Truck, Chrome rims all the way. I just ordered 18" Fuel Throttle's for mine. Hope to have everything on in the next week.

I am old school and prefer a bigger sidewall on a truck, low profile tires are for sports cars.

My opinion, but too each his own.

Talked to my guy on tires and rims, decided to go for 18in rims I haven't found any 18x10's though I like a wider look but x9 won't be too bad I'm gonna go with a 6inch lift but the guy up here is making me a good deal on labor if I buy a lift through him which is only Rough Country and they don't provide a 6 for a gm it's 2in level, 5, or 7.5 what would 7.5 look like with 35in tires?

I think GMT900 trucks really need 20s... they just "fit" the body better (if you had a GMT800, i'd say 18s. so im not a "big wheel" type guy)

7.5" is like the bare minimum to completely clear 35s without trimming.

Oh wow I thought 6 would do it, do you or anyone have a picture of a 7.5" lift?

Those low pros look they belong on a lowrider. How do we ever get by with so little sidwall? :rollin:

Decision is made 35" Trail Grapplers with XD 18x9 Chrome Spy's

Man, that pretty Denali needs 20's. With that truck in particular, 18's just look like a downgrade. :rollin:
