Leveling Kit Clunk

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, I put my 2" Rough Country Level on this afternoon, and then took it to get aligned. I think overall it looks great, a huge improvement. The truck also maintained its factory ride, which I'm supremely happy about. The only thing that worries me is that today after I put it on is a clunk that I heard twice from the left front side. The first time I heard it is when I quickly turned into a steep drive way, because I realized I needed to turn around. The second was when I was off road and my wheel went into a pothole. Is this kind of clunk normal? Is it anything that I should worry about? The first time it happened on the drive way, I pulled back out and tried to repeat it to get the same result, but could not, maybe I wasn't going as fast as the first time. Could it be possible that such a drastic change in elevation on one side of the truck is bottoming out the strut? If it is, is that something I should worry about or look into fixing? Thanks for the help guys.
