i have a gmt 900, i am needing to clean the headliner. not sure how do this wothout ruining the fabric, there is dirt a little blood and possibly grease from hand on it and the visors

I haven't used any on this truck, but in the past I've had good luck with Resolve carpet cleaner. You might want to test to make sure the liner is color fast in a not so obvious location. Good luck.
