For some reason my 6 speed has starting actin up the last couple weeks. Sometimes when i let off the gas it kinda shudders like a manual in the wrong gear then disengages. Also, the 2-3 shift flare is getting worse. Sometime it is so bad that it throws you forward then shifts into gear. I know there is a TSB for the flare, i just cant find it. Also, is what im describing covered under the power train warranty?

  I have no direct experience, but everything I have seen indicates Silverado and Sierra bed geometry is identical.

  Has anyone had any luck swapping a Leer or equivalent shell between the current gen GMC/Chevy HDs? Hopefully specific to the standard 6'9" bed. I had an Overland Vehicle Systems shell on my 1500 AT4 and I know those fit the Sierra and Silverado, with or without the Multi-Pro tailgate. That said, I think the Leer shells are made to fit all the way over the bed caps as opposed to on them with some room to spare like OVS. Some 1500 owners reported some change in coverage over the rear tail lights..but that's 1500 specific.
