2006 Sierra 17's With Worn Tires

Came off a 2006 Sierra. 17x7.5, 6x5.5. Clearcoat is wearing off at some spots and they have blemishes from wheel weights. 265/70/17 Terra Grapplers that are pretty much worn out. Picture shows tire with most tread. Center caps are included and I have the lug nuts if those are also needed. I can get more pics if needed, these are all I have right now.
