Trouble Code P0432

Was riding around my hunting land slowly today and my service engine soon light lit up. I ran the codes on my aeroforce gauge and it came up with P0432. Its a 2001 Z71 with the 5.3. Can anyone tell me what this code is about and whats involved in fixing such? Is it okay to continue to drive until I can fix or have it fixed?

P0432 Main Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)

 

Passenger side of engine is Bank 2

 

Bad cat

Bad O2 sensor

 

You can drive it this way if you wish for a while

 

Are you buying a good brand of fuel (Top Tier)? Sometime low quality fuels will foul things.

Great! I use to run nothing but top tier fuel. I dont anymore. I wonder how i could rule one or the other out so I dont replace both when not needed? I dont wish to run the truck when anything is wrong with it. I was wondering if with this problem would it become worse if I did until I can have it checked out since it is Saturday.
