is the truck acting weird in any way or did the check engine light just come on? dose the motor run smooth are you noticing any loss of power or bad fuel mileage

The truck runs pretty good slight fuel milage drop off, if I clear the code it does strugle to start it takes quite a few attempts for it to stay running and when it finally does it runs rough for a few seconds until service engine soon light comes back on then it runs pretty good again

sounds like that sensor is no good, i would replace that and also make sure your battery connections are clean and tight, also check the air filter to

I did take the MAP Sensor off my 03 Suburban and put on the silverado and it seemed to run fine not the same result for the suburban with the silverados sensor though, it made it about a half mile then would barely run
