Seat belt help

[2000 GMC]

My 2000 Sierra has the seat belts built into the seats.  I have a really bad "squeak" in mine.  It annoy's the heck out of me because it's coming out right by my ear.  Is there anyway to get that top plastic cover off so I can give her a shot of graphite?

Dealer did mine up as I had a squeak if you'd rock forward and back in the seat.  It's better than it was.

Mine seems to only do it when it's cold.  Need to stop by the dealer later this week..
