i got that letter for my 04 months ago lol but BIG brownie points for GM...i just wish they would step up and extend the warranty for guage clusters and blend doors....

I wish GM would do something like that for the Chevorlet Uplander owners.

My wifes 2006 Uplander has been back and forth to the dealer 6 times for lack of heat at idle or cruising speeds. The only time heat comes out of the vents is during acceleration and when the revs are 1700rpm or higher.

The dealer has no explanation for it and has seen the problem on many Uplanders.

What ever you can think of heating wise has been replaced and we have owned the van since day one and the problem started 2 winters ago.

My daughter had a recall on her Chevy Cobolt and in the meantime the dealer told her something else needed to be fixed as well. I was highly impressed with the way GM handled both situations (and yes, the dealer's turned to GM Corporate and GM responded with flying colors).
