Complete kit includes 1-1/8" diameter sway bar, all brackets and struts, and harware.

does this work with a lift kit?

Sorry, I don't know if it will work with a lift kit. The stabilizer struts are threaded and will adjust several inches, so it's certainly possible. I suggest you check with Hellwig on that, however.

Were you able to feel a noticeable difference when installed?

I bought it lightly-used with intentions of installing it on my truck, but never got around to it. The seller traded in his Silverado and took it off before turning it in. He said it showed a noticeable improvement in cornering and tightened up the ride.
