Traction Problems After New Tires

I recently put 34" KM2's on my silvy, and today was the first inclement weather day since putting these tires on so i figured i'd check the traction of them in the rain. i hit the gas and the tires started spinning, not too surprised (well a little the the 4.8 spun them lol) but i didnt keep spinning them for too long since i just shelled out 1100 bucks for them. but in the time they were spinning, the stabilitrack would have kicked in with the stockers but with these they just spun up quick with no interaction from the traction control system. anyone else know of any issues or an i just being a nervous nelly that the tires may have messed up with anything and there isnt actually anything wrong.

The system is not calibrated for that size of tire therefore it will not work correctly. The vehicle has been modified, can't expect it to work like it did from the factory.

thats what i figured. but on my second trip in the rain today the traction control kicked in fine seemingly fine. as long as it still works then it should be ok right? im going to get a custom tune from blackbearperformance.com, do you think that'll fix it?

Should if he programs in the new tire size.
