Motor Mount Failed?

2007 Z71 4x4 Suburban with 101k. I've got dried, brown fluid running down from the top of my front diff but it is definitely not from the diff. It appears to be from a failed motor mount on the drivers side. The picture below isn't great but you can see the brown splotch of fluid on top of the front diff just to the left of the motor mount, framed by the flashlight head, the steering boot and the motor mount. Do you guys agree this is a failed motor mount?

How difficult is it to do this one myself? I have a lift but from underneath the mount seems unreachable without removing the diff. Can this mount be replaced from the topside? If not, what's the going dealer rate? Thanks for the help.

Is it a hydraulic motor mount? I don't remember them being hydraulic...... If its not hydraulic and its leaking, its the engine has a crack, open pore, something to the nature of that, or it could be antifreeze or power steering fluid, or... engine.

And if it is hydraulic is the rubber wet?

I'm not sure if it is hydraulic but I can't find another source above the leak so I assumed it was. I'm hoping somebody knows the answer. Because it's not fresh and doesn't appear to be continuing I don't think it's PS fluid since the level has remained fine. Antifreeze is also good and color of leak doesn't match Dexcool.

Power steering vents from the cap..... could have burped.

FWD cars usually have them..... Helps dampen the engine being turned the way it has to be in the car in order for FWD use. Most RWD's still use Rubber.......

Not to mention, V-8's are balanced greater than Inline engines........

They could, but from a cost stand point. It has a GM V-8..... Its not transversely mounted (as most FWD's are). Why would GM spend extra money on hydraulic mounts?? Remember this is the company that took the drain plug out of a radiator over a few cents.
