Best Bull Bar

I'm looking to put a stainless bullbar on the front of my trck and mount a couple of driving lights. Whats the best bar out there? Also, are the skid plates removeable? In Ohio I have to run a front plate or it's a $155 fine if I get caught without it. The plate relocation bracket looks plain stupid, so I thought if I could remove the skid plate, you could still see my plates.

it will look even more stupid with the skid plate removed than with the license plate re-locator... westin makes a nice bar
