and thanks for the help. I think I have found the culprit.

 

Parking brake. Someone suggested I take the disc off and take a look. So the next time I drove it I applied the parking brake (just a little) and it shut right up. Thank you for the help.

 

Govtech4 you are a genius in my book

 

I would much rather work on the brakes than tear the rear end down again. I would have torn that whole thing apart, spent a couple hundred dollars and still not found the problem.
