p0677 engine code

I pulled a p0677 engine code(#7 glow plug) on 2006 and wanting to know how hard is it to change out. I think it is right behind the fuel filter and ac canister. Also wandering if i need any special tools.

 

I'm also wanting an egr delete kit but was told the computer won't allow it. Is there anything i can do.

Why do you want to delete the EGR? It's meant to be there and when left alone it generally works just fine.

I've been told deleting the egr will keep my oil cleaner, less carbon going back into the engine.
