Knock Sensor Problems

So I've been having the P0327 Knock Sensor Bank 1 Low Input code come up on my truck for a few months so I decided to replace the knock sensors and harness. When I got everything apart I took the front sensor out but the rear sensor won't come out. I guess that the threads are stripped cause all it does it spin, it won't loosen or tighten. Well since the code was for the Bank 1 sensor (which I believe is the front sensor) I decided to put everything back together and go with the old sensor since I couldn't get it out. Well now I'm getting the P0332 Knock Sensor Bank 2 Low Input code so it looks like the sensor is either bad or it not being tight is causing the code.

 

So after the long explanation of the problem my question is how can I get the sensor out?
