Swap Climate Controls?

Would the automatic climate control panel work in a truck that came with standard manual heat/AC controls?

 

So, if I bought this would it be be "plug-n-play" in my 2009 LT ext Cab that has manual climate control?

Not plug and play. There are several additional sensors in the automatic system. Plus there would be additional programming to be done by the dealer, I'm sure

Thanks... no need to waste the cash then. I prefer the manual controls anyway...
