On my 07 the fuse numbers are 32 and 34. 15A blue fuses. I removed them and it disabled the DRL's.

k well i looked in my manual and it says 31 drl 33 drl 2 but there are no fuses in block in those places but yet i still have drl's, is it possible that being from canada it just has full lights all the time, it does have auto lights also. 32 and 34 in my book says driver high beam and sunroof

Yea, must be wired a little different than the US version. 31 on the label in the fuse box on mine says "HI HDLP-RT" and 33 says "HDLT-LT" I assume it is the headlights left and right.

Canada, unlike most states, mandated that every new vehicle sold will have some kind of day time running light always on. I think it's a great idea, but I think running lights like the orange markers should be sufficient. I'd like to have the choice to turn DRL off and just run fogs, or just markers... but in my Canadian 2011 SLE, I can't. I think we are running low beams as DRL in the Can. model trucks, not a separate dedicated DRL.

Does anyone know how to shut head lights completely off and run the markers? And before you answer, it's not as simple as turning the knob, putting the park brake on a click, etc... The canadian trucks are different. Turning the knob doesn't do ANYTHING when the truck is running, only when truck is off can I select what I want.

In order to disable the DRL's, you must remove the DRL Diode. It probably can be found under your steering column somewhere, it should look like a 2"X3" metal aluminum heatsink piece with a plug running into it, All you have to do is unplug it and your DRL's will be diabled with no warning lights nothing. good luck
