I have a 2008 Sierra 2500 that i just purchased. I had a 2008 Sierra 1500 previously that i had LED tail lights on. so when i sold my 1500 i kept the tail lights and finaly put them on my 2500 today. Well for some reason my left side running lights/park lights aren't working now. The headlights, brake lights and blinkers all work fine, just no park lights on the left side.

OK, so error on my part, the tabs on the LED lights say black wire to black wire, well i pluged it in backwards on one plug.... so i flipped it and still nothing. This is when i realized the front park light isn't on either. The LED's have a male plug just like a light bulb that plugs into the female plug on the trucks wiring harness. I tried plugging the light bulbs back in just for shits and giggles and still nothing. So i checked the fuse thats labled "left brake turn" and its fine, like i said blinkers, brake, and reverse lights all work, just no left side park lights. So is there a fuse that would be for the left side park lights only...???

Yep - fuses are in under-hood box for left & right sides separately.

Thaks man, that was it. I feel like there is a santa clause.... lol. I hoped it would be a fuse but feared the worse.

Glad it worked out.

I gave up trying to find the short in the right side running lights on my '07 (50,000 miles), & stuck a jump wire in place of the fuse (NOT RECOMMENDED if you like your truck). I bought this new, thinking I wouldn't have to work on it for at least 6 years or so. So much for that plan ... :(
