Get a sway bar?

When I pulled our Cheetah 180 this summer, all the weight made the back feel a little swingy. So I started looking at rear sway bars, and was wondering what brands to look at and what price to expect. I'd also like to know how much it will help everyday and towing handling.

I have a Hellwig brand rear sway bar and I love it. Cost about $250 and worth every penny.
